Harbour Point Amenities and Activities Overview

Our private marina offers 252 full use wet slips as well as day use courtesy moorings. Harbour Point's slips are among the best on Lake Lanier with full covered slips equipped with water and electrical hook-ups. Harbour Point property owners may obtain rights to the exclusive use of a covered slip in which owners may keep a boat, jet ski, or other water craft. Boat lifts are allowed.

Cascading pools overlook Lake Lanier and offer spectacular views of the Appalachian Mountains. The upper sitting pool is a relaxing place to entertain friends and enjoy cool refreshments. It is also a nice pool for smaller children with a maximum depth of 3 feet and a "seat" that spans the entire front side of the pool. Below our waterfall is the lower, larger pool for exercise and leisure activities with a center depth of 5 feet.

Walking Trails

We have paved and lighted walking trails as well as naturally mulched trails. These trails offer the opportunity for evening strolls. Many residents find the lakeside to be not only a wonderful place to get some exercise but also a social area where many neighbors meet during nice weather.

Our lakeside Clubhouse offers over 8,000 square feet of beautifully decorated space for our neighborhood events and private parties. It also features a newly renovated community room and an updated fitness center The Clubhouse offers spectacular mountain and lake views from three levels of decks and verandas.
