Clubhouse 

The clubhouse is two levels totaling 8,700 square feet. The Captain's Room  hosts community events but is also available for private rentals by residents. The lower level includes a galley kitchen, exercise area and activities room where poolside community events extend indoors. A full time property manager's office is on site and available for your needs five days a week.
