For sale signs are defined by the HOA. The sign order form is below. The HOA does not wish to hinder the sale of any home but you must contact the Property Manager before placing any directive signs on the property such as open house. Signs placed without this request will be removed immediately.

Harbour Point Bylaws, Protective covenants, guidelines and rules governing boat slips privilege acquisition and transfers are here for your review. If your property listing has a boat slip privilege (BSP), read the rules governing the transfer which critical for you and your client's procedural understanding. Homes or lots without an existing BSP may join the wait list but more detail is available by visiting Marina information page.

Harbour Point has multiple types of Septic Systems including the Community Septic which includes ongoing quarterly assessments.
In addition to Shared Operational and Reserve HOA fees for all residents, Harbour Point has additional assessments based on the facilities used or services rendered.
